RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Poppy & Co takes pride in our quality and we appreciate you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if your not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it us and we will provide you with an exchange within the following guidelines

For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind, there will be no refund

We will provide a refund within 7 days of purchase only if the item is faulty

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return within 7 days of purchase along with your original invoice

All items are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all original tags attached. Poppy & Co will not be responsible and will not accept any items returned that are not in original condition

No exchange or refund on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final

There will be on exchange or refund on swimwear, lingerie & earrings. These guidelines are set for hygienic reasons only

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

Poppy & Co must be notified within 7 business days of receiving your order, if you request a return or exchange. Please email sales@poppyandco.com 

Please include detailed your full name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to exchange

Once your refund or exchange has been approved, we will send you Poppy & Co's Returns Form and other relevant information via email in regards to your return. See return shipping address below

Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your exchange/refund. Please allow 7 business days for this process
