We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $300 AUD. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping timeframes are in addition to order processing times.

The above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping carriers, although delays during transit may occur from time to time in which is out of the control of Poppy & Co.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $300 AUD within Australia.
All International orders are shipped with DHL Express. Please note you need to check your local tax rates, particularly the UK and EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery with DHL.
Allow 1 - 2 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping time frames are in addition to our processing times. If your order exceeds our suggested time frame, our team will be in touch. In sale or promotional periods, please allow up to 3 - 4 days for our team to pick and pack your order.
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Shipment date is specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. There will be no additional postage charge incurred for this.
DUTIES & TAXES
For orders outside of Australia, duties and taxes may be applied by customs authorities for your country. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order checkout page. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will accept returns within 14 days of fulfilment for a full refund, exchange or credit note on all full priced items under the following guidelines.
Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge. We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs for the return item (including packaging). If the item does not reach us safely, Poppy & Co will not be held responsible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
